- How can I contact you?

- What if the product I want is out of stock?

Please sign up for the notification on the sold out product page. Our team will send an email to let you know when the product you want is back in stock.

- What if I’m having problems using the product?

Our team always try to provide our best support and products instructions whenever we can. If you’re having issues with any products, email us at Honeysnailsecret@gmail.com

- Can I cancel/ add/ edit my order once it has been placed?

Please contact us by email honeysnailsecret@gmail.com to add items. 

Cancellation cannot be accepted after customer placed order.

- What if I entered a wrong shipping address?

Please contact us by email Honeysnailsecret@gmail.com with your order number. We will not be able to update the shipping address once the order has been processed.

- My package says delivered but i did not receive it
Please contact us if you did not receive your order in 1-3 days after received notification out for delivery from our system 
We recommend that you check in with the nearest ( UPS or USPS ) location , your neighbors and members of your household.
